Welcome to the Calpine Geothermal Visitor Center. Our new exhibits are fun, interactive and focused on providing visitors with an updated, improved look at geothermal energy and Calpine’s operations at The Geysers. Calpine Corporation, in partnership with the U.S. Department of Energy’s Geothermal Technologies Program and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratories, designed these exhibits to engage visitors and spark interest in geothermal energy.

The Geysers is a wondrous place – Calpine Corporation is thrilled to share it with you. Calpine is committed to continuing our successful free Geysers community tour program. The schedule is posted in advance to allow educators, families and tour groups to plan ahead: 2023 Tour Schedule
