Reservoir Engineer
Josh Bochner is a Reservoir Engineer at The Geysers, focused on modeling and optimizing water injection to sustain the geothermal steam field for a long future. Prior to joining Calpine in 2025, Josh worked in production operations, asset development, and risk management in the oil and gas sector. He graduated from Rice University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
Josh is on the leadership team for Young Professionals in Energy – SF Bay Area chapter and takes night classes at Napa Valley College in the Winemaking program.
